BCEEpeople – event that empowers partnership

In first BCEEpeople conference took part 65 representatives of Dynamics Business Central Partners from 15 countries of Eastern and Central Europe. BCEEpeople was one of the first initiatives of this type aimed at integrating Partner companies that implemented Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

The focus of the event was also to indicate the common directions for growth, discuss the strategy for product development and share knowledge, experience and know-how.
CEE partners used the occasion to discuss issues and problems specific for the CEE region. Attendees had the opportunity to compare their experiences with those of partners from other countries, independent experts and the Microsoft representatives.

BCEEpeople provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge, reliable expertise and inspiration. Attendees learned more about the potential behind partnership.

Who attended the event?

The conference gathered Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partners from CEE region. The BCEEpeople program covered the subjects from the areas of sales, marketing, HR and IT. There was also a wide range of sessions focused on the strategies of developing Business Central worldwide and in the CEE region, trends in the IT market, technological innovations and Microsoft solutions.

The session tracks were delivered by experts who discussed modern trends and capabilities, as well as showcased the actual solutions that enable partners to better respond to the needs of today’s market and customers.

The purpose of the conference was also to exchange the experiences on creating new applications for Dynamics 365 Business Central and implementing this new Dynamics NAV version to present and potential customers.

The content of the event covered topics on new Dynamics 365 Business Central version.

The new system functionalities were showcased along with the valid licensing models and possible migration scenarios. Partners from CEE shared their experiences on the process of creating its solutions, that are already available on AppSource. The session tracks included topics related to HR, contemporary job market and partner marketing.

During presentations, attendees got an insight into trends characteristic for the Central and Eastern Europe region and they exchanged their experiences. During marketing sessions, partners received practical guidelines on how to improve their business performance. They also familiarized themselves with the most effective marketing tools including e-marketing and traditional scenarios.

Aleksandar Totovic was an MVP for Dynamics NAV the four years in a row and now he continues with his career in Microsoft, working on Dynamics partner’s readiness, especially on the cloud transformation readiness as Partner Technology Strategist. He has experience in Dynamics and project management more than 15 years, working on many different projects in different countries and different cultures.

Working with Dynamics NAV in the past, he made dozens of “How Do I” videos, NAV official video courses on DLP and he provided a lot of trainings for Dynamics partners all around the world. Joining to Microsoft, he expanded his knowledge with many other solutions and now he is trying to provide models of integrated Dynamics solutions. Wojciech Kwiczor is a graduate of the Faculty of Computing at the Poznań University of Technology, having specialized in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Management Systems. From the beginning of his career, Wojciech Kwiczor has been involved in implementing ERP systems as business management solutions. He also worked as an ERP system consultant on Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a team dedicated to international implementations, then as a SPOC in the international help desk department. Having gained an economical education in Amsterdam (HES Amsterdam) he built a strong career within ICT in a wide variety of positions, ranging from network Administrator to Cloud business development (direct and indirect).  The variety of companies (NSK-RHP, Pecoma, Microsoft, Interoute) he worked for, strengthened his ICT empathy and ability to understand the business processes and see where channel development can be applied in order to create new market opportunities and improve company results. Matjaž Fajfar

General Manager at Adacta Belgrade

Matjaž Fajfar has more than 25 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.

Having graduated at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Matjaž Fajfar joined Adacta to start Microsoft Dynamics Business. At the very beginning, he was engaged with establishing and increasing Adacta's presence in the Adriatic region.

Currently, Matjaž is a General Manager at Adacta Belgrade and he is strongly focused on managing this fast-growing company which counts more than 100 employees.

Besides his engagement in Adacta, he also manages XQZ Music, promoting two bands, Xequtifz and Xazz. In Xequtifz he performs as a drummer.

Aleksander Mavec

During the 24 years of IT experience and strong technical and development background, Aleksander Mavec has found himself in many roles.

After finishing his studies at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science in Ljubljana, he started to work on web technologies and big data for one telecommunication company as a Developer. His journey throughout Dynamics World started very soon at company Adacta by working on large scale projects, where he needed to build his consultant skills. All his work was dedicated to building products out of projects, where he saw the potential for reselling. This is how he became a Product Manager. He occupied this position for several years.

As a member of Adacta'sCoE Team, Aleksander is currently working on the position of a Regional Evangelist with responsibilities to deliver knowledge about new technologies to employees in the whole Adriatic region.

He strongly believes that knowledge increases through sharing, and not by keeping it for oneself. By delivering a wide range of successful trainings, he can put this into practice.

Leho Hermann

Leho has been involved in sales work whole his life. Right after graduating university he started selling IT solutions but after while focused on ERP sales. “I’m been in this business long enough to remember how Navision 2.6 or 3.01 looks like” he describes his experience with todays Business Central and its predecessors.

Beside managing customer relations Leho is also involved developing company itself what means he has to keep posted up with latest trends in ERP world and selling these ideas inside company.
